Basic Requirements

File Requirements:

File Type: PDF only. Save with “Adobe 7 (PDF 1.6) compatibility.”
Colour Space: CMYK only. RGB files will be automatically converted.
Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines.
Images: Embed images at 100dpi minimum resolution at final size.
DO NOT INCLUDE: Registration marks, crop marks, or colour bars

Sizes:

Product Size: Artwork must match the product size at 100%
Contour Cuts: Cut paths must match the product size at 100%

Bleeds:

Straight Cuts: Bleeds will be auto generated.
Custom Cuts: Add a 3mm bleed around the cut path.

Spot Colours:

Name spot colours accurately (e.g., Pantone 123c).

How long do Aluminium Composite Panel signs last outside?

Our printed Aluminium Composite Panel sheets will last up to 8-10 year outdoors. This all depends on the outdoor elements and UV Exposure.

Will the ink fade?

Our inks have an outdoor rating of up to 3 years. However depending on location and UV exposure, inks can last anywhere between 1 – 5 years before any noticeable fading. Indoors / no UV Exposure they will not fade.

Can you custom cut printed Aluminium Composite signs?

Yes, We can router cut our printed Aluminium Composite panels in any shape or size with in the minimum and maximum size requirements.

Is the Aluminium Composite Panel Matte or Gloss?

We print our Aluminium Composite Panel on the matte side as our inks have a matte finish.
