Basic Requirements

File Requirements:

File Type: PDF only. Save with “Adobe 7 (PDF 1.6) compatibility.”
Colour Space: CMYK only. RGB files will be automatically converted.
Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines.
Images: Embed images at 100dpi minimum resolution at final size.
DO NOT INCLUDE: Registration marks, crop marks, or colour bars

Sizes:

Product Size: Artwork must match the product size at 100%
Contour Cuts: Cut paths must match the product size at 100%

Bleeds:

Straight Cuts: Bleeds will be auto generated.
Custom Cuts: Add a 3mm bleed around the cut path.

Spot Colours:

Name spot colours accurately (e.g., Pantone 123c).

How long do Printed Acrylic signs last outside?

Our Printed Acrylic sheets will last up to 5-10 year outdoors. This all depends on the outdoor elements and UV Exposure.

Will the ink fade?

Our inks have an outdoor rating of up to 3 years. However As the acrylic can reflect some of the UV, it can increase the life span of the inks. You still need to consider the location and how much the Printed Acrylic is exposed to UV and other elements.

Can you custom cut Printed Acrylic signs?

Yes, We can router cut our Printed Acrylic in any shape or size with in the minimum and maximum size requirements.

Can we print with White Ink on Acrylic?

Yes, with the use of Spot colours and layers in Illustrator, we can print using White ink + CMYK. For more information on the usage of white ink, please see our artwork guidelines.
