Basic Requirements

File Requirements:

File Type: PDF only. Save with “Adobe 7 (PDF 1.6) compatibility.”
Colour Space: CMYK only. RGB files will be automatically converted.
Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines.
Images: Embed images at 100dpi minimum resolution at final size.
DO NOT INCLUDE: Registration marks, crop marks, or colour bars

Sizes:

Product Size: Artwork must match the product size at 100%
Contour Cuts: Cut paths must match the product size at 100%

Bleeds:

Straight Cuts: Bleeds will be auto generated.
Custom Cuts: Add a 3mm bleed around the cut path.

Spot Colours:

Name spot colours accurately (e.g., Pantone 123c).

How long do Corrugated Plastic signs last outside?

Our printed corrugated plastic sheets will last up to 1-2 year outdoors. This all depends on the outdoor elements and UV Exposure.

Which direction do the Corrugated Plastic flutes go?

Our corrugated plastic sheets come in a size of 1200mm x 2400mm and the flutes go along the long 2440mm direction. When ordering smaller sizes, the flutes may go in either horizontal or vertical direction as utilise the full sheet.

Can you custom cut printed Corrugated Plastic signs?

Yes, We can cut our printed corrugated plastic sheets in any shape or size with in the minimum and maximum size requirements.

What eyelets are used on Corrugated Plastic signs?
