To order online, choose the product you're after and the sizes and quantities you need. Next, select any additional options if available. Then, upload your file or create your file using our online designer.
After selecting the products you need, you can check out from the cart, choose your delivery service and wait a few days to receive your printed products.
How long does it take to receive my order once I've placed it?
A few variables take place that determine production time and delivery time.
Production time varies on how large the order is. For example, orders under $1000 generally take 1-2 days to produce, and orders over $1000 take 2-5 days.
Delivery will depend on your location and the service you choose from. Delivery time will be estimated on checkout.
When logged into Printrade.com.au, You can go to the My Account menu and select My Orders. You can see a list of current and previous orders, displaying a production status.
We do not offer a rush service. On the contrary, we aim to produce most of our products within 24 hours within reason of the quantity/volume of the order.

We are continuously working on improving our workflow to include the rest of our products to be a 24-hour turnaround.
24-hour turnaround means the product will be dispatched with in 24 hours with the given requirements. This does not include shipping/delivery time.
You can upload JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF and SVG using our online design studio.
However, if you're uploading files manually, We only accept PDF files.

Printrade has yet to offer a design service. However, we provide customisable templates for our customers to use and our design studio to create their designs.
We have partnered with Transdirect to offer all large courier companies in Australia, including Couriers Please, TNT, Direct Couriers, and more.
Pricing varies on the courier option selected and location.
We encourage our customers to double-check their artwork before committing to the job. However, we understand that we are human and all make mistakes, so contact us ASAP if you need to make any changes to your artwork.
You can check your production status in the My Account menu to see if the job has been printed.
If the status is Proof Approved or File Review, it means it has yet to be printed. If it's in the Print Queue, it may still need to be printed, and we can pull it from the queue. If it's in Finishing, Dispatch or Shipping, It's already printed, which means we cannot make changes to the artwork.
