Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for purchases made due to a change of mind. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Disclaimer - Artwork and Printing Errors:

Printrade assumes no liability for errors or inaccuracies in the documents provided by the client. We encourage thorough review before submission. If your order has not yet been printed, we are happy to accept revised artwork. However, if an order with errors has already been printed, we can offer a reprint at the original cost.

Damages Post-Delivery:

Please note that Printrade cannot assume responsibility for any damage to the product after delivery. We ensure that all items are in perfect condition when they leave our facility, but we cannot control handling and conditions afterwards. We advise our customers to handle the products carefully to maintain their quality.
